Explore: For students approaching and in the early years of high school, we will learn self-awareness, explore career interests, and engage in preparatory activities to build a solid foundation for future success.
Transition: For high school students exploring their next steps including education options, major selection, career paths and creating a plan. Whether considering community college, university, a vocational program, or entering the workforce directly, we will explore aligned options to make informed and intentional education and career path decisions.
Refining Options: For those in college, early career, returning to work after a break, or seeking a new direction, we will reflect, clarify goals, and design the action plan needed to move forward.

The Philosophy We Follow
We apply the ikigai philosophy to guide you in discovering your ideal career that comes at the intersection of what you love (interests), what you are good at (strengths), what the world needs (job outlook) and what you can be paid for (sustainable income) because when you start with who you are and align it with where you are going, the path becomes more clear.

About Me
When I graduated from high school, the “plan” was pick a major, go to college, and figure out what to do with it later. Sound familiar? Decades later, not much has changed, and I see every day how this approach has left many students either on the sidelines or feeling uncertain and stuck.
That is why I created Discover Your Path where we, as Steven Covey says, begin with the end in mind.
With more than 20 years of experience in career education and workforce development, I’ve had the privilege of teaching CTE in classrooms, providing one-on-one career guidance support, and building bridges between higher education and industry. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the challenges people face when making important education and career decisions. Today, they inform my approach to guiding others as they discover their unique path with confidence and clarity.
When working with students, rather than focusing solely on college admission, my approach takes the bigger picture into perspective. In supporting students, professionals, and career changers, I help individuals first clarify what they want to do and then design the most effective path to get there. Connecting the dots between passion and opportunity, education and industry, goals and actionable steps, I’m committed to providing guidance that leads to informed and intentional education and career path decisions.
